Description We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that drive business transformation. This role involves working with machine learning models, natural language processing, and automation technologies to solve complex problems and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, has strong programming skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities + Design and implement AI and machine learning models for business applications. + Develop algorithms for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision. + Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. + Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. + Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. + Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. + Document processes, models, and workflows for future reference. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. + Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. + Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). + Experience with APIs, microservices, and model deployment. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills + Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. + Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines. + Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and data visualization.
