We are now looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong experience in SaaS platforms and design systems to join our remote-first product team in Portugal.
Your Mission
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our SaaS applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, consistent, and user-centered interfaces that deliver real value.
Design and iterate on user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for our SaaS applications
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all interfaces
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions
Translate complex requirements and user needs into clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
Contribute to product strategy and design thinking workshops alongside product and engineering teams
Advocate for UX best practices and champion user-centric design across the organization
Proven experience designing SaaS applications, ideally in a B2B environment
Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI design work
Expertise in modern design tools (Figma preferred) and design system management
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end development constraints
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
