Job Description
Tuesday morning a premiere commercial builder had their HR Manager reach out seeking a Travel Superintendent to join their organization! Ideally someone with g round up retail, multifamily, restaurant or medical interiors is needed for upcoming projects and to help round out the team. If you are a commerical Superintendent that likes to travel the south eastern corner of the United States andf you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in commercial construction, experience in building quality retail/restaurants, multifamily, Ag/Light Industrial, either ground up and/or tenant improvements; additionally looking for someone with strong medical experience
* Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
* Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
* Industry consistent work history
* Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
* Carpentry experience preferred
* Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
