About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Ferrero North America People & Organization team as a Talent & Learning Specialist. This role will support the Talent & Learning team with the coordination and execution of our training and development programs across North America. This person will be responsible for handling all logistics for our North America learning sessions, ranging from scheduling with the vendors, maintaining the North America Learning calendar and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. They will also be the central point of contact for all data management and reporting as it pertains to learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and planning of training programs, including booking (internal and external) venues, trainers, and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants.
  • Prepare and send out training invitations, reminders, follow-up communications, and program reporting including data entry.
  • Utilize our Learning Management System, SuccessFactors, to assist in the creation of Courses, record learning, and provide learning data updates.
  • Track and monitor the progress of employees completed required trainings across North America
  • Work with our industrial sites across North America to maintain hourly training process through the Alchemy System.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation every two weeks including assisting in any efforts to standardize First Day activities across all North America locations
  • Assist with management of Ferrero North America’s North America Early Career program including a Summer Internship program

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in a professional environment, either in a permanent role or internship experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with calendar management, Microsoft Outlook experience is preferred
  • Experience managing spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
  • Experience working with virtual platforms, Microsoft Teams experience is preferred
  • Experience in managing events of all sizes from planning to execution
  • Demonstrated to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $61,000 - $81,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
