Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Metro Detroit area.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
3. Present and promote Vibrus Group's staffing solutions to potential clients.
4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Knowledge of the Metro Detroit area and local business landscape.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
