Recruitment Excellence: • Utilize a strategic approach to attract top talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and our proprietary systems. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, interests, and availability, ensuring accurate documentation at every step. • Screen, test, and reference candidates as required for job openings, maintaining high standards of quality. • Negotiate pay and benefits packages with candidates, ensuring consistency within client parameters. Client Engagement: • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. • Assess client staffing needs through meetings and calls, offering tailored solutions and candidate recommendations. • Obtain job orders, verify details, and provide accurate pricing quotes using our specialized tools. • Recommend pre-qualified candidates to job orders, crafting compelling profiles that highlight their suitability. • Facilitate smooth communication and guidance throughout the hiring process for both candidates and clients. Continuous Improvement: • Proactively manage candidate inventory levels to meet client demands effectively. • Provide ongoing support and coaching to candidates to enhance their performance and retention. • Conduct regular quality calls and one-on-one meetings to ensure client and candidate satisfaction, using our QC tools. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Previous experience in recruitment, client development, or account management is highly desirable. • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. • A passion for building meaningful relationships and driving results.
