Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead initiatives to achieve zero-standing privileges (ZSP) across technology, processes, and governance
* Support the enhancement and expansion of PAM capabilities, especially across cloud and emerging technologies, by translating complex business and compliance requirements into actionable PAM initiatives
* Define requirements, use cases, and test plans for PAM projects (including non-human identities and secrets management)
* Collaborate with IAM, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to embed privileged access controls
* Monitor emerging trends (Zero Trust, automation, AI) and identify opportunities for adoption
* Produce regular reports for leadership that provide an overview of key performance and risk indicators (KPIs / KRIs) across technology performance, operational efficiency, and other key areas
* Deliver KPI/KRI reports for leadership on performance and risks
* Advocate for IAM/PAM best practices and security awareness
* Maintain clear documentation and support audits & assessments
* Support a culture that values strategic thinking, ownership & accountability, and personal growth
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline
* 6+ years of experience working in PAM or IAM
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams delivering both technical and non-technical projects
* Strong understanding of PAM/IAM frameworks, policies, and zero-trust principles, across both on-prem and cloud environments
* Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or other PAM technologies
* Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience implementing privileged access management programs
* Demonstrated experience in enterprise automation projects
* Relevant professional or vendor certification(s) (e.g., CISSP, CyberArk Guardian)
* Experience with cloud services particularly Microsoft Entra & Azure and CI/CD pipelines
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks and controls (SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NYDFS)
* Mentorship or leadership experience
