LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth manufacturing company in Burr Ridge, IL , to hire a Strategy Finance Senior Financial Analyst .

This isn’t your average FP&A role. You’ll own models, influence leadership, and support decisions that shape the future of their  business. This hybrid role (4 days onsite) is budgeted up to $130K base + 10% bonus.

Candidates with backgrounds in Transaction Advisory Services, Deal Advisory, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance are strongly encouraged to apply. All applicants must have hands-on experience building financial models from scratch in Excel.

Strategy Finance Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Build dynamic models to forecast performance, evaluate initiatives, and guide strategic decisions
• Conduct LTV and customer profitability analysis
• Lead data storytelling efforts—turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Work cross-functionally with senior leaders in Ops, Sales, and Engineering
• Improve tools, processes, and reporting across the finance function
• Support investment analysis, capital planning, and strategic forecasting

Strategy Finance Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, deal advisory, IB, or corporate finance
• Proven Excel modeling skills—this role requires model-building from scratch
• LTV modeling experience highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Experience in manufacturing or a product-based business a plus
• Ability to be on-site in Burr Ridge 4 days/week
