About the Senior Quality Engineer position

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help us preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth. They must meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. Your duties will include inspecting the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations.

You should be thorough and observant with an eye for detail, fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.

Senior Quality Engineer responsibilities are:

  •  Develops and implements programs to assess and improve the quality of products, components, materials and/or operations.
  • Creates policies and processes including standard procedures (e.g., quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc.).
  •  Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.
  • Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.
  •  Performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.

Senior Quality Engineer requirements are:

  • 5+ years' experience of working in Quality

  • Significant experience with quality control procedures and relevant legal standards

  • Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods

  • Excellent math skills together with close attention for detail and

  • Responsible and conscientious, with a results driven approach

  • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area; additional certification of quality control, such as ISO 9000, will be a bonus
