Description

We are looking for a Senior-level/L4 TS/SCI-cleared Security Specialist to join our team.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

• 11-14 years of experience. This includes more than 5 yrs. within the DoD/IC
• Extensive experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional security area (e.g., personnel, physical, industrial security; computer investigations; classification management; operational security; security education, etc.) based on the specific needs of the task.
• Experience may be broad-based, crossing multiple markets (e.g., government, industry), and may also include relevant and associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
• Experience directing the activities of security specialists as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.
• Directs the activities of specialists or other staff as necessary related to the specified security field or security discipline. Must obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification IAW DoD Manual # 3305.13M within one year of service start date.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Security Classification Guides and classifications reviews/RCO
• Physical Security experience: Co-use Agreements and Compartmented Area Checklists
• Experience/knowledge SAP: Special Access Programs (US DoD)

Security Clearance Requirement

• Active TS/SCI, current CI polygraph required

Salary Range : $111,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
