Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious, self-driven Commission-Only Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, consult on their career service needs, and close sales for our resume writing, career coaching, LinkedIn optimization, and bundled service packages. This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via online channels (LinkedIn, email, webinars, etc.), referrals, and networking.
  
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
  
• Present and explain Ally Elite Agency’s service offerings, value propositions, and pricing.
  
• Close sales for resume writing, career coaching, LinkedIn optimization, and bundled packages.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in the CRM/tracking system.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  
• Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, service offerings, and competitive landscape.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in professional services, staffing, recruiting, or career services.
  
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
  
• Experience using LinkedIn and other online platforms for outreach is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with resume writing, career coaching, or HR/recruiting is a bonus, but not required.
  

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based:
  • 10–22% commission on closed sales (tiered rates based on monthly performance)
    
  • Additional bonuses for meeting/exceeding sales targets and bringing in new clients
    
  • Uncapped earning potential
