Job Overview:

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead a full-service, high-volume sports bar and grill in Fort Worth, TX . This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about team development, guest experience, and operational excellence . The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and leading a top-performing team in a lively, sports-driven atmosphere .

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations , ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Manage P&L, cost controls, and labor efficiency to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards .

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing front and back-of-house team .
• Foster a positive, team-driven culture that prioritizes accountability and growth.
• Lead by example, setting the standard for service, hospitality, and professionalism .

Guest Experience & Sales Growth:

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food, drinks, and service.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through local store marketing and community engagement.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business .

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or sports bar.
• Strong P&L management skills with a track record of driving profitability .
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Exceptional guest service mindset with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
