• Location: Kississimme, Florida
• Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for the fast-paced restaurant industry? We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and ensure outstanding customer service.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing efforts.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and resolve any customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food/QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
