Summary:

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports, compilation of information from various sources, maintaining and tracking documentation, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, distributing mail, and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material regularly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support various operational programs and processes.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in high-stress environments.
  • Track commitments and maintain follow-up procedures.

Internal:

  • Collaborate with all departments.

External:

  • Engage with Area Franchisees and Franchise Consultants.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Education and/or Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in a professional business office environment.
  • Language Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
    • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:

  • $22.50 - Salaries are determined based on your primary work location. This approach ensures that our compensation packages are competitive and equitable, reflecting the cost of labor specific to each region.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20.35/hr to $33.10/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
