Salary: 132,400 - 220,600 USD per year Requirements:

• I have proven experience as a Lead Active Directory/Entra ID Engineer or a similar role with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• I can effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities and possess strong influencing skills to work with various service owners.
• I have demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing collaborative service management solutions across disparate functional teams.
• Critical Skills:
• I possess an expert-level understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Active Directory Federation Services, and other centralized identity stores.
• I have an expert-level understanding of Microsoft Azure and familiarity with IAM permissions on Management Groups, subscriptions, and resources.
• I provide expert knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID capabilities such as Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Manager, and Application Registrations.
• I have deep knowledge of Active Directory attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting, and more.
• My expertise includes implementing security on Active Directory and Entra ID, alongside managing backup and restore processes and disaster recovery exercises.
• I am highly skilled in Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Entra ID services.
• I have a strong grasp of PowerShell scripting for automation, including experience utilizing APIs such as Microsoft Graph.
• I am knowledgeable in Single-Sign On and authentication protocols such as SAML & OIDC, as well as security best practices for Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
• I excel in problem-solving and can handle multiple high-priority demands while driving consistent results.

Responsibilities:

• I will provide subject matter expertise and lead the analysis, design, and implementation for hybrid on-prem and cloud Active Directory environments and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID tenants.
• I will engage and collaborate with business and technical partners to integrate systems and applications with centralized authentication.
• I will lead new product comparison, vetting, and selection processes to ensure technology relevance to business requirements.
• I will conduct Active Directory and Entra ID disaster recovery drills and continually enhance authentication platforms against evolving Cyber threats.
• I will collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID environments.
• I will lead discussions on identity and access management and respond to complex, high-severity incidents.
• I will conduct regular reviews of deployed infrastructure, developing detailed architecture and updating technical documentation and SOPs.
• I will analyze current authentication services platforms for enhancements and develop continuous improvement action plans.
• I will assess systems for process hygiene and identify opportunities for automation.
• I am committed to researching innovations in IT security and IAM technologies, ensuring our standards remain best in class.
• I will provide on-call support as needed for the operational continuity of Identity platforms.
