**Growing manufacturing company seeking to add multiple MIG Welders to join their team!** _These openings are on 1st shift (M-F) with full benefits available after completion of probation period. These openings are long-term, full-time roles, we are looking for career oriented candidates!_ Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel to weld and fabricate large industrial products. Some of the products are similar, and some are completely different, so we are looking for candidates that want to have some variety throughout their shift. Candidates will welding products based on blueprint specifications. Candidates will also be assisting with fabricating, layout, and finishing duties. Candidates will also be responsible for using forklifts and overhead cranes to move larger products (no previous experience is required for this, we can train interested candidates), and will be lifting 50 pounds frequently throughout the day. _Pay is based on previous experience and skill level._ **We are looking for candidates who have 1+ year of professional experience OR a completed welding diploma / degree.** **Why work here:** + Excellent benefits package after completion of probation period + M-F, day shift hours + Year round full time work + Lots of variety throughout the day **_If you are interested in these CAREER opportunities, please apply with resume and contact info for consideration!_** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT CLOUD, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
