QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our growing team. In the role of Medical Assistant, you will be an essential member of our healthcare team, providing care and support to our patients throughout their visits. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for examinations, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examination by collecting medical history and vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and minor surgeries.
• Manage patient intake and discharge processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare products.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Ensure that the examination room is clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is desired.
• Familiarity with dermatology terminology and practices is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software.
