Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Los Angeles. The firm seeks a professional versed in civil litigation and class action defense.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil litigation, particularly in employment law, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA claims.
• Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and various legal research platforms.
• Highly organized
• Ability to efficiently handle a demanding caseload.
• Proven background in trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Experienced with legal procedures, including motions, discovery, evidence handling, and court protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, analytical thinker with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Possession of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent credential (preferred).
• Experience with insurance defense billing.

Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 DOE.
