We are seeking an Employment and Labor Attorney to join our Houston office. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to advance their career in a dynamic setting while supporting our growing defense litigation practice.

What We're Looking For:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in Texas
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience in general liability and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class/representative action cases
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Legal project management experience is a plus
Trial experience is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a litigation caseload, overseeing cases from inception to resolution
Represent clients in various employment and labor claims
Collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
Conduct court appearances and depositions regularly
Maintain communication with clients and provide regular status updates
