Now Hiring: General Labor – No Experience Needed
Looking to start work right away? We’re hiring General Laborers for a hands-on position at a busy metal finishing facility.
Job Overview:
You’ll be working on your feet, loading small, lightweight metal parts onto racks and lines for coating, polishing, and finishing. Once complete, you’ll help pack and prepare the finished parts for shipment. It’s simple, repetitive work in a warehouse setting—and we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What You'll Be Doing:
Hang tiny metal parts on racks to run through cleaning/coating machines
Remove finished parts and pack them (wrap, box, label)
Stand and move around during your shift
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Follow basic instructions from your supervisor
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide on-the-job training. Just bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and on time
Good attitude and work ethic
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Not afraid to get a little dirty or wet
Comfortable being on your feet for 8 hours
Helpful: warehouse, assembly, tow motor, or pallet jack experience
