Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher desired at outstanding early childhood educational program. We seek a highly motivated, professional, warm and loving individual to join our team. Experience teaching preschool and a degree in early childhood education or related field or Associate's degree in ECE or Child Development is required. Must be able to work a schedule of Monday through Friday. Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume for immediate interview.

Duties

The lead teacher will develop program along established guidelines and provide a safe, nurturing, positive classroom environment. The lead teacher works with the assistant teacher as a team to implement daily teaching and learning activities. Expectations of preschool teachers are to be kind, professional, helpful, self-starters, and creative. Lead teachers will design plans to meet the individual needs of each child in order to reach his/her maximum potential. Preschool teachers need to adapt easily to changing situations and be the leader in the classroom. 

Requirements

Experience teaching preschool and a degree in early childhood education or related field or Associate's degree in ECE or Child Development is required.
