Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking physically capable and dependable individuals to serve as  Delivery Support Associates . As a 1099 independent contractor, you will assist a delivery driver by riding along on routes and helping load and unload rolling carts (approximately 50 lbs). No experience is required—just a willingness to work hard and be part of a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ride alongside the delivery driver to various drop-off locations
• Load and unload rolling carts and goods from the truck
• Push/pull carts weighing up to 50 lbs
• Support organization and safe handling of goods
• Represent our company professionally at delivery sites
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from the delivery driver or site leads
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to starting location
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work assigned shift times

Compensation & Terms:

• $125 per completed shift
• Paid weekly
• 1099 Independent Contractor (not an employee)
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and withholdings
• No benefits or paid time off are included

Pay: $125 per completed shift (paid weekly)

Location: Routes throughout New Jersey (starting location Kearny, NJ)

Schedule: Flexible – Choose from 3 consistent shifts

• 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
