LaSalle Network is partnering with a Houston-based organization to hire a Data Entry Clerk for a hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring occasional onsite presence for meetings and training. If you're detail-driven, Excel-savvy, and prefer focused, behind-the-scenes work, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative internal team.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll support internal operations through data validation, documentation review, and Excel reporting.
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
Organize and process large volumes of information using Excel
Conduct quality checks on documentation, notes, and images
Communicate with internal team members via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Maintain consistent and accurate records to support internal processes
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Comfortable working on repetitive, task-driven projects
Able to work independently and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
Based in Houston, TX and available to work a hybrid schedule
