Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Irvine, California. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Provide courteous and detail-oriented service in a call center environment. - Accurately input customer details and transaction data into internal systems. - Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs. - Manage email correspondence to address customer questions and concerns. - Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as required. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking and documentation purposes. - Process order entries with attention to detail and accuracy. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. - Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls. - Proficiency in data entry and order processing. - Familiarity with email correspondence and appointment scheduling. - Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
