Job Overview
At TSD Healthcare, we are passionate about empowering individuals with life-saving skills. We provide high-quality CPR, AED, and First Aid training to a diverse range of clients—from healthcare professionals to community members. As we expand our reach, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic CPR Instructors to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with individuals, organizations, and businesses to help them become confident and prepared in emergency situations.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover first aid and CPR topics.
• Conduct classes for various audiences, including adults, ensuring that all participants understand the material.
• Utilize effective public speaking techniques to communicate information clearly and confidently.
• Provide hands-on training in CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Assess student performance through practical demonstrations and written evaluations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid practices and guidelines to ensure accurate instruction.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions and active participation.
• Provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
• Prepare class materials and set up equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in adult education or teaching, preferably in a health or safety-related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in CPR and first aid techniques; certification required.
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading classroom discussions.
• Passionate about educating others on safety practices and emergency preparedness.
• Current CPR Instructor certification through AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and transport training equipment (up to 25 lbs).

Additional Compensation For:

• Bilingual abilities
• Experience preferred in teaching healthcare provider courses:

BLS (required)

• ACLS and/or PALS (preferred but not required)

Flexibility to travel or teach at various sites (required)
