Corporate Immigration Senior Associate
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join our team. This role involves handling employment-based immigration matters and helping clients comply with U.S. visa regulations.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate employee eligibility for U.S. visas and review immigration regulations.
Prepare nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E visas) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) petitions.
Draft RFE responses, PERM applications, and extraordinary ability petitions.
Manage client interactions and time-sensitive cases.
Assist with compliance reviews, I-9/E-Verify, and immigration due diligence for corporate transactions.
Keep track of case progress and communicate updates to clients and supervisors.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree and admission to CT state bar.
Experience in business or corporate immigration law.
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
