Description The Disclosure Desk Specialist reviews and sends all applicable disclosures and redisclosures needed throughout the loan process, apart from closing disclosures. In addition, Disclosure Specialists are responsible for adhering to regulatory compliance requirements and for disclosure accuracy. Skills Loan disclosures, mortgage, mortgage loan, mortgage lending, mortgage operations, mortgage finance Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications Must have 2-3 years of Disclosure Desk experience - TILA / Respa - Experience reviewing and issuing disclosures to loan applicants (Initial application, CoCs, and initial Closing Disclosures). - Knowledge of 0%, 10%, and unlimited variance categories and how they impact tolerance cures for good faith fee variance violations. - Time management / ability to meet deadlines. - Communication with team members (Outlook, Teams) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr. - Health insurance- Life insurance- Disability insuranceAdditionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment inaccordance with our usual policies.You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year ofemployment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.
