Call Center Representative - Full-Time (Remote After Training)

Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers by providing product and service information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, with potential overtime opportunities. Training will take place onsite in Hunt Valley before transitioning to a remote work environment.

What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and care
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
Stay informed about evolving products and services to better assist customers

Customer service experience (call center, retail, sales, or related fields)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
