Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $23-$25

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screening, and offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and achieve hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
  • Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process.
  • Organize onboarding initiatives to support a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Must have experience in recruiting for skilled labor positions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools, ideally ADP experience.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
