Florence Osteria & Piano Bar  in West Hollywood near Beverly Center is looking for an experienced Bartender to join the team. Come join our team !

Duties and Responsibilities:

Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant in a timely, accurate, courteous, and friendly manner.  

Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.

• High school diploma or GED
• minimum age requirement of 21 years
• Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Basic math and computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, honest, self-motivated
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Familiar with Toast point-of-sale 
  Skills:
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
• Working knowledge and ability to operate standard bar equipment
• Working knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to enforce company policies and applicable laws and regulations regarding the service and
• consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment maintaining high energy level
• Planning, decision-making, problem solving, and teamwork
