Taylor Management is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented assistant property manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the general manager in the efficient operation and management of residential properties. If you have a passion for customer service and property management, we want to hear from you! This position has a salary range of $60,000-$65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations
• Manage resident relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Help coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant transactions and correspondence.
• Assist with financial operations, including rent collection and budgeting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
