Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Project Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in high-end multifamily construction to support project execution in Boston . This role provides an opportunity to work on luxury residential developments while collaborating with seasoned professionals to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction through completion.
• Support budget tracking, cost control, and subcontractor management .
• Maintain and organize project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in multifamily or luxury residential construction .
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, contracts, and scheduling .
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software .
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
