Overview

Our Digital Solutions team is building the next generation of AI-powered tools that support our Business Acquisition Process. As a Senior Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer, you will architect and build the AI "Instrument Panel" inside Salesforce - the interface where more than 3,500 sales professionals interact with our Azure-based AI agents.

This role is for a hands-on, high-level LWC engineer who can create fast, modern, conversational experiences inside Salesforce Lightning. You will work directly with Azure AI services to deliver real-time insights, strategy recommendations, and voice-enabled workflows that transform how our sales teams operate.

What You'll Build

• Conversational AI interfaces in Salesforce (chat UIs, copilots, guided assistants)
• Real-time, streaming AI experiences where responses type out live (no long freezes)
• Dynamic data visualizations such as Win Probability charts or negotiation scripts
• Voice and document interaction tools (audio recording, drag-and-drop document handling)
• A unified "Instrument Panel" where salespeople access AI insights, guidance, and agent workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) for AI-driven workflows.
• Build streaming interfaces using Server-Sent Events or similar patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, and Azure Functions.
• Design and send complex JSON prompt payloads to external AI models and render results instantly.
• Implement UI components for audio capture and document parsing (processed in Azure, not Salesforce).
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, and sales stakeholders to deliver real-time, high-impact features.

Required Technical Skills

• Agentic UI Development (LWC + Real-Time Streaming)
• Proven experience building conversational UI (chatbots, copilots, AI assistants) in LWC.
• Ability to handle streaming API responses so AI output renders live on-screen.
• Azure Federated Integration
• Experience connecting Salesforce to Azure AI services, Databricks, or Azure Functions.
• Ability to send structured prompts and dynamically visualize responses inside Salesforce.
• Unstructured Data Handling
• Hands-on experience with non-text UI handling in LWC:
• Audio recording interfaces
• Drag-and-drop document processing (Processed and indexed solely in Azure)
